Meet Our Chef's
At Nauti V's Oyster Bar, our chefs are passionate about creating innovative dishes using the freshest ingredients. Chefs Jhaster & Ali began their journey cooking together at Peller Estates Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake where they explored their love for fresh fine dining cuisine.
They ultimately made the decision to move to Windsor and join the Maggio Group for an opportunity to share some of their love and style for seafood with their hometown. Their love for seafood and dedication to quality are reflected in every dish they create. Come and taste the difference at
